The Legal for Trade Scale is a popular type of scale which is used mostly in shops and businesses. The Legal for Trade Scale calculates the selling price by the weight of goods. If the price depends on a certain weight, the Legal for Trade Scale must be verified.

Each Legal for Trade Scale that we offer in our trade approved scales range are verifiable and it is sent to our customers after being verified. Depending on the type of commercial product, different types of Legal for Trade Scale are used. The main differences in the models of Legal for Trade Scale are different weight ranges, the value of verification, resolution and functionality. For example, the Legal for Trade Scale for fruits and vegetables cannot be used for weighing gold.

Accurate Weighing Scales Platform Scales

Accurate Weighing Scales has a comprehensive range of platform scales.

Platform scales are used in weighing products in a broad range of largely light industrial sectors with the majority of these scales being in the 150kg to 300kg capacities. In the heavy industrial sectors, platform scales are also used extensively with capacities being in the range of 1000kg to 5000 kgs.

Standard simple weighbridges, which do not provide the functionality of axle weighing and are not controlled by advanced indicators, can also be considered a platform scale, except one designed to weigh a truck or smaller vehicle. These are most commonly in the lengths 12m to 18m with capacities in the range of 40,000kg.
